As Vice President of Strategic Investments, Pauldine France spearheads the FIP branding and sales strategy initiative aimed at streamlining the process of retail /hospitality brands planning on entering the US market via Miami. As a licensed agent, she focuses on property re-positioning, tenant outreach, site selection and pre-development planning.Pauldine’s real estate career started in 2003 as a Developer Assistant while pursuing a Master’s Degree in International Political Strategy from Florida International University. This introduction to real estate gave the opportunity to be involved in many aspects of the mixed-use project including project management and sales marketing. Over the course of 15 years since, she has participated in almost every aspect of real estate projects such as leasing, sales, underwriting, value-engineering, business development, branding and construction.
An avid global traveler, Pauldine resides between Miami and New York City. She is actively involved in awareness programs combined with fundraising efforts for Haiti and homeless women locally in Miami. She also has a Bachelor of Arts In Political Science and Economics from University of Florida.
