Roy Faith has been a Licensed Broker since 2010 and is currently the President of FIP Realty Services. On a daily basis he identifies real estate opportunities for clients in the retail, office, and multifamily markets. When searching for an investment opportunity, he looks for properties that offer stability, potential for growth, and have areas of value that need improvement. Once a property is purchased, Roy and his team work diligently to improve its value, and subsequent ROI, so that investors can benefit from improved rent prices throughout the duration of ownership.

With over a decade of professional commercial real estate experience, Roy is adept at handling all aspects of a real estate transaction. He has successfully managed over 500,000 square feet of commercial space. His best practice management tactics include: negotiating leases, providing tenant and landlord representation, and overseeing acquisitions and dispositions. Roy’s management efforts also include stabilizing properties, adding value, and assisting in the sale of buildings. In 2015, he aided FIP Realty in the sale of two separate multifamily buildings with 500 units and ground floor retail. These sales were improved through Roy’s expert knowledge of the local real estate markets, which has been steadily acquired over the past 15 years.

Roy is a native of London, England where he attended high school, college, and the University of Middlesex to obtain a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Studies. His real estate journey began when he started managing commercial properties in London, while attending the University of Middlesex. Roy has lived in Aventura/Sunny Isles Beach and North Miami Beach for the past 15 years, where he has gained first-hand experience into the fluctuating and growing real estate markets.

Using this first-hand knowledge, Roy has dedicated his professional career to helping the sophisticated real estate client. In this vein, he has created a one stop real estate experience where clients can ask questions, make seamless transitions throughout the real estate process, and learn how to become successful real estate investors. As the broker of FIP Realty, Roy is also further involved in the Property Management Division, Architect and Engineers, Construction Division, and Financing. Through his leadership and dedication to all things real estate, Roy Faith has helped FIP Realty grow into a successful firm, which caters to the needs of each client on a daily basis.
