Eric Smith comes to FIP Commercial Realty with a diverse background. He started his career in Finance & Technology consulting while in NY. In 2016, he transitioned his skillset into his passion for real estate and high end servicing.

In 2019, Eric was devoted to securing assets for hotel operators on an international scale. His global travels awarded him the opportunity to forge strong relationships and quickly facilitate these deals. As a result he currently holds exclusive transaction rights to real estate development deals in trending areas such as Tulum Mexico and Playa Del Carmen.

By building deep relationships overseas, his knowledge on growth markets continues to support active buyers in search of diversifying their portfolio for strong ROI’s.
