Flexible office provider Mindspace leased 30,000 square feet at The Gateway at Wynwood building at 2916 North Miami Avenue.
The tenant will open the Wynwood outpost on Sept. 12.
The Gateway was completedd in 2021. The building has 195,000 square feet of offices and almost 26,000 square feet of street-level retail.
