Dave specializes in commercial acquisitions, repositioning, and dispositions. His experience includes due diligence, financing, purchase and lease negotiations, and valuation analysis.
A Duke University graduate, Dave began his commercial real estate career in South Florida in 1990. His background also includes managing and developing commercial assets and leading businesses in multiple industries.
