Roy Faith
Roy Faith leads FIP Commercial with experience across leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and property management. A licensed broker since 2010, he works with owners to identify opportunities, improve a property’s positioning, and evaluate the next stage of ownership.
Originally from London, Roy began managing commercial properties while studying Business Studies at Middlesex University. His work spans retail, office, and multifamily assets, bringing the ownership perspective into leasing and transaction decisions.
